Hood and makeup air systems, grease management, floor drains, gas lines and refrigeration all have to pass inspection and then survive daily service. Platinum has built kitchens for national quick-service brands and independent restaurants alike, and we coordinate equipment vendors so installation day is not a surprise.

Do you install kitchen equipment?

We coordinate the full equipment package: rough-ins are verified against the spec sheets, vendors are scheduled, and the line is installed, connected and tested before handover.

Will the kitchen pass health inspection?

Compliance is designed in from the start. Washable finishes, drainage, ventilation and food-safe layouts are built to the local public health requirements, not corrected afterwards.

Can you renovate a kitchen in an operating restaurant?

Yes. We phase the work, often overnight, so the restaurant can keep serving while the kitchen is upgraded.
