What do you report, and how often?

Schedule status, committed and forecast costs, procurement progress and quality issues, typically in a weekly owner's report plus a monthly cost review.

Can you take over a project already underway?

Yes. We audit the current schedule, contracts and budget, then stabilize the project with a recovery plan before pushing it to completion.
