Interior Leasehold Improvements

Fit-outs that open on time.

Tenant fit-outs and interior renovations for retail, office and hospitality tenants of all sizes. A leasehold improvement runs on two clocks: the landlord's rules and your opening date. Platinum has fitted out spaces in Ontario's busiest malls and streetfronts, from fashion retail to restaurants. We know the landlord criteria, the after-hours logistics and the inspection sequence, and we plan the job so fixturing and stock arrive on a finished floor.

Frequently asked questions.

Do you handle landlord approvals?

Yes. We prepare the documentation the property manager requires, follow their construction criteria and coordinate hoarding, deliveries and after-hours access.

Can you work while the building stays open?

Most of our fit-outs happen in operating malls and buildings. Night work, dust control and phased schedules are part of the standard plan.

How long does a typical fit-out take?

A straightforward retail unit typically runs 8 to 12 weeks on site. The real driver is early planning: permits, landlord approval and long-lead materials.
